Vision Fitness Equipment won the 2005 Best Of Award from Health magazine. They make both home and commercial products including stationary bikes, treadmills, strength training equipment, and ellipticals.

They are based in Wisconsin and started in 1993 as a division of Trek, the bicycle company. Trek is the largest manufacturer of quality outdoor bikes, and that level of quality has spilled over into Vision Fitness products. They started by making the smoothest, quietest stationary bikes available; they only made bikes with Trek's magnetic resistance system, which was considered revolutionary in the industry. In 1996, they spun off as Vision Fitness to expand their exercise equipment manufacturing line. Their bikes remain one of the highest reviewed products, and they regularly win “Best Buy” awards from consumer websites and magazines. Vision Fitness ellipticals are highly reviewed.

In 1997, they introduced one of the best lines of treadmills to the fitness market, and in 1998, they began their residential Vision elliptical line. They are now rated as one of the top fitness companies in the world, and Vision has a dedication to customer service that only serves as one of their best benefits to the market.

Vision Fitness moved their operational facilities to Lake Mills, Wisconsin in 2001 to help with their growing number of employees. In 2004, the company started to establish some partnerships with Unity Health Insurance and the governor's office in the state of Wisconsin. Their goal was to combat childhood obesity.
