Commercial Ellipticals - Using SCIFIT Technology

In 1993, SCIFIT entered the line of commercial ellipticals. SCIFIT is owned by Sinties, which was formed in 1987 as a home and commercial medical company. They sold fitness and rehab products to people with disabilities. The company considers themselves to be "Scientific Solutions For Fitness." Their mission is to provide a commercial elliptical for a wide range of people, not just the traditional exerciser.

SCIFIT currently makes three elliptical models for commercial. The best of these, though, is the SXT7000 elliptical. This commercial model has a number of wonderful features. First, the elliptical has a cordless design to make it easy to use and move. This commercial model offers a contact heart rate monitor to help you manage your cardio progress throughout the workout and also offers variable resistance settings.

You can use this elliptical in forward or reverse motion to help you reach those difficult muscles like your calves and your thighs. There is no minimum RPM with this elliptical, which means it is safe to use at any speed, so the elliptical is ideal for rehabilitation. This elliptical model has BioFlex footpad pivots that aid with sore feet before and after the elliptical workout. It also has an upper body feature for the most complete workout possible.

Classes - Fit-Quik Technology

In addition to finding this elliptical at your local club, you may find they also offer Fit-Quik classes. Fit-Quik is an exercise program that uses six pieces of SCIFIT equipment, including this elliptical model, over the course of thirty minutes.

Classes are held for four to six people over the course of ten club sessions in a circuit-training platform. A club instructor offers feedback and reassurance during each session. Fit-Quik offers several benefits to club members. It encourages those who are not devoted to any other fitness program in the club while providing the group programming most clubs feel the need to offer.

It also takes up very little club space, generates revenue for clubs and efficiently optimizes machine use. Customer reviews indicate this is a great program for a club to combine with SCIFIT equipment, as it can help you meet your fitness and weight loss goals.
